Top End Medical Centre Casuarina is a modern day General Practice Clinic putting health care management into the future, whilst maintaining the traditional values of providing quality care.
Our Casuarina medical centre is conveniently located in the town centre, just meters from Casuarina Square. With plenty of parking on site, visiting is a breeze. Alternatively, there are plenty of public transport options available to get you to our front door.

We have free on-site and street parking available at all times.
Public Transport
Several bus routes (2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 24 and 25) stop nearby. Get off at Trower Road stop 46 or Vanderlin Road stop 118 for a 1-2 minute walk. From Casuarina Square Interchange, we are 5 minutes east on foot.

Routine care, preventive care, routine chronic care, referral letters to new specialists.

Excisions, complex conditions requiring more time.

Full medical check-ups, health assessments, counselling, patient’s carer or translator is present.
Please Note
One appointment is required for each family member requesting to be seen.
Each doctor has a designated time allocated for home visits to see patients that are unable to attend the Practice.
We do not give results over the phone.
