- Short appointment (10 minutes) – Renewed Prescriptions and ongoing referral letters
- Normal appointment (10-15 minutes) – Routine care, preventive care, routine chronic care, referral letters to new specialists
- Long appointment (20 minutes) – Excisions, complex conditions
- Extra long appointment (30 minutes) – Full medical check-ups, health assessments, counselling, patient’s carer or translator is present
